ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly financial reports and comparative analysis for distribution within the organization
• Assist the accounting team with monthly close analysis and flux analysis
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain monthly forecasting process and reporting
• Support the annual plan and budgeting process
• Support weekly cash forecasts and analysis
• Partner with leadership on development and maintenance of KPIs
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creating of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards/scorecards

Position is On-Site or HyBrid (3-days in office)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four-year degree required – Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 0-3 years of business finance or other relevant experience
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques and/or strong excel skills (formulas/functions)
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills; good business acumen
• Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills; ERP/Accounting Software experience
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new complex tasks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• FMVA or similar designation
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience working with, and presenting to, leadership
• Experience in a project and/or manufacturing environment
