What you will do:
- Develop and maintain project plan in accordance with project requirements and customer expectations
- Provide direction to project team to ensure successful completion of project plan
- Coordinate with team to determine potential value engineering opportunities for the project
- Generate detailed bid packages and award subcontracts to qualified vendor
- Develop and deliver project progress reports
- Manage progress against established project milestones
- Proactively identify and manage project risk
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or closely related
- At least three years of experience in construction or closely related industry
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient understanding of manufacturing and construction processes
- Strong knowledge of general business practices, building codes and engineering principles
- Ability to travel up to 10% within North America
- Lean manufacturing experience preferred
