Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Actively listen to customers' inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and provide accurate and appropriate solutions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and company policies to effectively address customer needs
- Document all customer interactions and update relevant information in the company database
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent and superior customer service
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of inquiries or issues
- Meet or exceed performance goals, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and navigate through various computer systems efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary Range: $10 to $17 per hour
