Position Overview:
We are seeking an entrepreneur minded, self motivated, and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. PIN is undergoing a complete rebrand and restructure, and this candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our future direction. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing content and social media strategies that align with clients’ business objectives. You will manage and grow our clients' social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring that each strategy is both creative and measurable. You will also stay on top of industry trends, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements to maximize engagement and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals, industry trends, and audience behaviors.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create monthly and quarterly content calendars that align with client goals and seasonal trends.
- Act a subject matter expert evaluating and pitching new client prospects
- Content Creation & Curation:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging social media content (images, video, copy) across various platforms.
- Work closely with the design team to produce visually compelling social assets.
- Curate content that resonates with target audiences, ensuring it is on-brand and impactful.
- Platform Management:
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and community management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor trends, identify opportunities for organic growth, and ensure client profiles are always up-to-date and optimized.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights to improve social media strategies based on data-driven performance reports.
- Present regular social media performance updates to clients, including successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay Ahead of Trends:
- Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and algorithms across all major platforms.
- Provide recommendations for new tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance social media engagement and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of social media management experience, ideally in an agency setting or working with multiple clients across different industries.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and results.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Expertise in social media management tools and content management systems.
- Experience with analytics and social media reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
- Strong visual eye for design, with the ability to work with design teams to create impactful social media visuals.
- Traits:
- Strategic thinker with the ability to pivot quickly based on performance data or changing trends.
- Detail-oriented, with an ability to execute a high volume of work while maintaining quality and consistency.

- Bonus Skills:
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnership management.

- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they impact social media visibility.
