Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven, entrepreneurial-minded Sales Director to join our team. As a pivotal member of our squad, you will take charge of our sales strategy, overseeing the development and execution of processes that drive revenue growth and expand our client base. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on our company's trajectory, particularly as we undergo a rebrand and restructure to position ourselves for the next stage of growth.
As Sales Director, you will combine your deep understanding of the marketing industry with a passion for building relationships and closing deals. You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to help shape our offerings, craft compelling pitches, and secure new business that aligns with our vision for the future. Your success will directly contribute to the agency's growth and ability to deliver outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of our sales strategy, aligned with PIN’s overall vision, goals, and rebrand. Identify new business opportunities and verticals for growth.
- Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new clients, building strong relationships that transform into long-term partnerships.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders to establish PIN as their preferred agency partner.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by identifying and pursuing high-value prospects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure sales pitches, proposals, and solutions are tailored to client needs, while maintaining PIN’s brand integrity.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance, analyzing metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Thought Leadership: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and innovative marketing technologies to position PIN as a thought leader in the space.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of sales experience in the marketing, advertising, or technology sectors, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
- Experience working with senior leaders and key stakeholders to build relationships and close deals.
- Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or rebranding environment is a plus.
