The Paid Search Specialist is a position centered on planning and management of paid search, social, and programmatic digital marketing campaigns. This role will work with the Paid Media Director and Account Managers to strategize, build, and maintain campaigns ensuring pre and post launch milestones are achieved and budgets are pacing correctly.

PIN’s Client Operations Team is a group of marketing specialists, executing full-funnel content driven marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and other advertising platforms and channels to meet client’s goals and objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the keyword research, build, launch, and management of paid search campaigns to drive conversions for clients
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking across platforms 
  • Monitor, optimize, and report campaign performance on an on-going basis to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded 
  • Perform ongoing campaign discovery, expansion, and optimization to ensure paid search achieves maximum ROI 
  • Manage budget pacing
  • Create clear and compelling ad copy 
  • Understand the capabilities and place search has in an integrated media strategy


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns across the Google Ads and Microsoft Ads ecosystem.
  • Experience creating and managing new ad formats like PMAX, Demand Gen, MS Video, etc.
  • Experience in B2B and lead-gen 
  • An expertise in GTM with the ability to expertly configure conversion tracking, especially in the paid search ecosystems
  • An understanding of GA4 and Looker Studio, with a keen understanding of GA4 configuration and data governance
  • Comfortable running reports and compiling data insights in a coherent narrative fashion
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills 
  • Effectively able to prioritize projects and workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Highly motivated self-starter 
  • Strong excel skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred


Preferred/Nice to have:

  • Agency Experience 
  • Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising Certifications
  • Experience using campaign management software
  • Experience in Social or Programmatic 
  • Monday.com


Salary - $60,000 - $70,000 Annually, depending on experience
