The Paid Search Specialist is a position centered on planning and management of paid search, social, and programmatic digital marketing campaigns. This role will work with the Paid Media Director and Account Managers to strategize, build, and maintain campaigns ensuring pre and post launch milestones are achieved and budgets are pacing correctly.

PIN’s Client Operations Team is a group of marketing specialists, executing full-funnel content driven marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and other advertising platforms and channels to meet client’s goals and objectives.

You’ve been around the world of media and marketing long enough to know what you’re doing, but you’re uncomfortable with doing things simply “because they’ve always been done that way”. You’re unafraid to dive into new tactics, channels, and methods for our clients and you keep your mind sharp on the industry and its latest developments and tools. You’re accountable to deadlines, and accountable to your team. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, you won’t be shy around a Zoom call or a client meeting, and you won’t be the person who prefers someone else map out their day or keep to themselves.
