We started with window cleaning and grew into recurring house cleaning and commercial janitorial, and today a team of about a dozen people keeps hundreds of homes, apartment buildings, offices, salons, and studios clean every month.

Our cleaners choose their hours and, over time, the clients they work with. You work directly with the owner, and we hire people we trust to do the job right without someone standing over them. Shrewsbury Cleaning and Windows is hiring one cleaner to own a dedicated route of recurring house cleanings in South and West County (Fenton, Sunset Hills, Kirkwood, Creve Coeur, Frontenac, Town & Country). $24/hour to start, $26/hour with at least one year of cleaning experience. 25–30 daytime hours a week Monday through Friday, with optional evening shifts at a commercial facility in Fenton off I-44 for anyone who wants closer to 40. Paid drive time between jobs, a monthly gas stipend, and a consistent set of clients you'll get to know. We're a small owner-run company that pays well above market and trusts people to do their work without a manager looking over their shoulder. You must live in or near the Kirkwood / Sunset Hills / Des Peres / Fenton corridor; this hire is specifically about cutting drive time.
