Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to service calls and deliver efficient roadside assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues, including battery installations, tire changes, jumpstarts, lockouts, and fuel deliveries.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor during all interactions.
• Accurately document services provided and follow company protocols.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and adhere to safety standards.

Requirements:

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

• Proven experience as a lube technician or mechanic is (Preferred).
• Must be able to work in inclement weather, including rain and heat, while performing services on the roadside or highway.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs and comfortably kneel and bend as required.
• Tech-savvy: Ability to use service apps and related technology.
• Must provide a 3-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Some sales experience is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Have knowledge of the Metro Atlanta Area.
