Responsibilities

• Promptly dispatch roadside assistance calls to technicians.
• Use dispatch software and GPS tools to assign jobs based on location and technician availability.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with both technicians and customers.
• Provide status updates to customers to ensure transparency and reassurance.
• Monitor job progress and reassign tasks as necessary to meet priorities.
• Accurately document all service calls, including customer details, service requirements, and technician responses.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve challenges and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS tools, and related technology.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in dispatch or logistics is a plus.
