When a show signs up with Showman, they get a Show Specialist — you. You're their main point of contact from day one through show weekend, helping them get set up, teaching them the tools, and making sure their show goes off without a hitch. We're looking for someone who knows livestock, works without being chased, and wants to grow with a company building something real in this industry. This role starts part-time but for the right person there's a clear path to more.

It's part onboarding, part coaching, part show-day support. No two weeks look the same, and the best people in this role treat it like more than a job — they're genuinely invested in the shows they work with. Every show you work with is someone's community event. Your job is to make sure it goes perfectly.
What You'll Do
Who We're Looking For
You've been around livestock — as an exhibitor, breeder, show helper, or all of the above. You understand the culture and the people. You're comfortable on a video call, pick up software quickly, and don't need someone to tell you what to do next.
Most importantly: you have room in your life for this. Show season gets busy. Weekend availability isn't optional. If your schedule is already maxed out, this isn't the right fit right now.
