We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing startup team. Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential accounts using various prospecting techniques and tools.
- Conduct outbound messaging via email, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, and other platforms to engage with prospects and generate interest.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads by researching and targeting potential customers.
- Meeting Setup & Account Management:
- Set up and schedule meetings with prospects for our sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff for further sales discussions.
- Assist in coordinating and setting up meetings for industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that resonate with key target accounts.
- Outbound Campaign Execution:
- Craft and deliver compelling messaging tailored to the needs and pain points of potential customers across various communication channels.
- Track and report on the success of outbound campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Engage with prospects on social media and online communities to build relationships and drive interest in our offerings.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
- Participate in regular sales training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Provide feedback on prospecting and outreach strategies to help refine our sales development processes.
