About the Role:
As a Maintenance Supervisor/Regional Manager, you will oversee the effective maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. You will ensure high standards of property upkeep and lead a dedicated team of maintenance professionals. Your role will be critical in achieving our ownership objectives and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations: Manage daily operations and ensure properties are well-maintained.
Service Requests: Address routine and emergency service requests promptly.
Turnover Management: Oversee the completion of turnover work to meet Housing Authority standards.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with property owners and ensure alignment with their goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in property maintenance or comparable experience in the construction trade.
Licenses: Valid California Driver’s License, reliable transportation, vehicle insurance.
Skills:
Strong supervisory and analytical abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and capable of working without direct supervision.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform tasks involving sitting, computer use, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 80 pounds.
Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, around traffic, uneven walk areas, and various environmental conditions.
