Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood education principles, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to enhance children's learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress in literacy education and math skills.
• Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development through early intervention strategies.
• Prepare students for standardized testing by incorporating relevant skills into daily activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is safe for all students.

Experience

• Previous experience in a classroom setting, preferably in a private school or preschool environment.
• Familiarity with early childhood education practices, including lesson planning and classroom management.
• Knowledge of literacy education, math concepts, and behavior management techniques is essential.
• Experience with early intervention strategies is a plus.
• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
