Overview Shield Health is seeking motivated, patient-focused RNs, LPNs, and LVNs to join our Enrollment Team. This is a fully remote nursing role focused on educating patients about our care management programs and enrolling interested patients. Success in this position comes from building trust, communicating clearly, and helping patients understand the value of ongoing nurse support. Unlike many remote nursing roles, we do not require fixed shifts or rigid schedules. Nurses have the flexibility to build a schedule that works for them and determine the weekly workload they want to pursue. Hours may vary from week to week based on each nurse’s availability, desired workload, and enrollment goals. This is a flexible employment opportunity. We are looking for professionals who will work consistently at the workload they choose and who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote employment. About the Role As an Enrollment Nurse, your primary responsibility is making outbound calls to eligible patients, educating them about the program, answering questions, and enrolling interested patients. This is not a care management, case management, triage, or clinical follow-up role. You will not be responsible for monthly patient calls, care plans, or ongoing patient management.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to eligible Medicare patients
- Explain Shield Health's care management programs in a clear, patient-friendly manner
- Answer patient questions and address common concerns
- Build rapport and trust with patients over the phone
- Enroll eligible patients who choose to participate
- Accurately document call outcomes and enrollment information
- Manage daily outreach activities using Shield Health's technology platform
- Work toward enrollment and productivity expectations based on your selected workload
What We're Looking For
- Active RN, LPN, or LVN license
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable spending the majority of working time on the phone
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using web-based software, EMRs, and phone systems
- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace

Compensation
Training includes guaranteed compensation while completing onboarding and training requirements. Following training, compensation is tied to completed patient enrollments and performance. Nurses can select a workload that fits their availability and desired earnings, while high-performing nurses who consistently meet or exceed expectations have the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation.
