Join our dynamic team as a Package Handler and become an essential part of our fast-paced warehouse operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling packages, ensuring timely shipping and receiving, and maintaining a well-organized distribution environment. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting the smooth flow of goods through our facility. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals who thrive in active roles and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting. We have multiple shift options available ranging from 20 hr, 30 hr, & 40 hr plus.

Duties

• Load and unload packages from trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners
• Sort, organize, and prepare packages for shipment or storage with precision and care
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, to move heavy items efficiently
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement accurately within the warehouse management system
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying shipments against documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety protocols and procedures
• File shipping records, delivery logs, and other documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Conduct heavy lifting as needed to handle packages of varying sizes and weights
• Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating package flow and ensuring timely dispatches

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is highly preferred
• Ability to operate forklift equipment safely; certification is a plus but not mandatory (training available)
• Experience with RF scanners or similar inventory tracking devices is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in handling packages and documentation
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly throughout shifts
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently
• Basic understanding of shipping & receiving processes and warehouse distribution workflows
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with active physical movement involved
