Experience Preferred
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Concrete formwork, rebar placement, and concrete pad installation
- Underground conduit installation
- Grounding system installation
- Excavation, trenching, and backfilling
- Assisting with installation of pad-mounted transformers and related equipment
- Pulling and routing electrical cable through conduit
- Reading construction drawings and following installation specifications
- Operating common construction equipment and power tools
- Working safely around energized electrical equipment and active construction sites
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial, commercial, or utility construction
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
- Experience with medium-voltage electrical installations is a plus
