We are currently seeking to hire a Welder to join our company. The Welder will be responsible for set-up, fitting and leveling along with tool usage such as cutting and grinding. Minimal Flux Core (FCAW) welding is required.

Description
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role in a metal fabrication setting.
- Proficiency in FCAW & GMAW although the job does not have many weld call-outs.
- Being bilingual is a plus!
- Knowledge of metalworking tools, and various Leveling tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- A dedication to Sher Contracting's mission and values.
SUPERVISION: Weld Supervisor and Project Manager
TIME COMMITMENT: 40 Hours Minimum
Salary
$50,000 - $65,000 per year
