At Shavano Family Practice, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients in San Antonio, TX. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Work From Home Executive Assistant to join our team on a Full Time/Part Time basis. This is an internship position with the opportunity for growth and development within our organization.

**Job Overview:**

As a Work From Home Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team from the comfort of your own home. You will assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments

- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls

- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items

- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Provide general administrative support to the executive team

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Reliable internet connection and home office setup

- Must be located in San Antonio, TX

Salary Range: $35 to $42 per hour
