**Job Overview:**
As a Work From Home Call Center/ Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for assisting patients and clients with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our patients receive the care and support they need.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming calls from patients and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
