**Salary:** $60,000 - $75,000 per year

**Job Overview:**

Shavano Family Practice is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Payable Clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Process invoices and ensure accurate coding and approval

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

- Prepare and process payments in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions

- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries

- Assist with month-end closing processes

- Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of accounts payable experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
