Position Summary

We are seeking skilled Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists (LMBTs) to join our team. Therapists at Sauna House provide intentional, therapeutic massage sessions that complement the bathhouse experience. LMBTs that are passionate about bodywork, grounded in ethical practice, and comfortable working in a collaborative wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide up to five (5) 60-minute massage sessions per day
• Review client intake forms and perform thorough intake with guests
• Maintain proper SOAP documentation and uphold confidentiality in line with HIPAA and NCBMBT standards
• Perform signature Sauna House techniques
• Collaborate with the Guest Services team to support a seamless guest transition into the bathhouse
• Maintain clean massage treatment rooms, following sanitation protocols
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and continued education

What We’re Looking For

• Valid North Carolina LMBT license (required)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills and a guest-centered approach
• Interest in working in a bathhouse setting
• Commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and collaborative teamwork

Pay Details

• Guaranteed Pay for 1st 4-Weeks: $30 per hour + tips
• After 1st 4-Weeks: $15 per hour + tips with additional $25 bonus per appointment
• Retention incentives to grow bonus per appointment!
