Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and aligned with client branding.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Translate complex concepts into visually compelling and intuitive digital experiences.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

 

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in a creative agency or multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience designing for e-commerce platforms or marketing campaigns.
