Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and aligned with client branding.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Translate complex concepts into visually compelling and intuitive digital experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a creative agency or multidisciplinary team environment.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience designing for e-commerce platforms or marketing campaigns.
