Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate creative concepts into impactful digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative solutions.
- Partner with clients to understand their objectives, providing strategic recommendations that drive success.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their brand vision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a digital strategy role, ideally within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with campaign management and optimization across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
