Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Management: 

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. 
• Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. 
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and objectives. 

2. Team Coordination: 

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, developers, and strategists to ensure alignment on project goals. 
• Facilitate effective communication across all team members and departments. 
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clarity and accountability. 

3. Client Communication: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Provide regular updates, address concerns, and manage client expectations. 
• Gather and incorporate client feedback into project workflows. 

4. Quality Assurance: 

• Ensure all deliverables meet Sevenly’s standards for quality, creativity, and purpose-driven design. 
• Conduct thorough reviews of project outputs before presenting them to clients. 

5. Budget and Resource Management: 

• Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints. 
• Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. 

6. Risk Management: 

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
• Proactively resolve conflicts and obstacles to maintain project momentum. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in project management within a creative or marketing agency. 
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time. 
• Strong understanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, and digital marketing. 
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. 
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

Skills & Competencies: 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. 
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. 
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. 
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms.
