Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Develop, maintain, and execute the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed, including scope, budget, timelines, staffing, and resources.
- Manage project workflows, ensuring proper allocation of internal resources and timely delivery of outcomes.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering relationships based on partnership and excellence.
- Provide updates and manage client expectations through tools like Live Request and Basecamp.
- Oversee project traffic management from concept to completion, ensuring assets are delivered on time.
3. Communication & Coordination:
- Maintain a constant flow of communication with directors regarding project timelines, status updates, and potential delays.
- Schedule, prepare, and conduct status and project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Distribute project assets such as video links, and ensure all files are uploaded to Basecamp by the due date.
4. Team Support & Development:
- Support creative management throughout project lifecycles, ensuring alignment between marketing, creative, and merchandising strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creative, account management, and marketing teams.
- Mitigate communication breakdowns and resolve or escalate issues promptly.
5. Process Optimization:
- Lead creative processes to enhance quality and efficiency, continually improving coordination within Live Design.
- Work with executives and directors to identify and acquire additional resources to meet project goals.
- Maintain a library of completed projects for reference and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar role in a creative or marketing agency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Basecamp or equivalent platforms.
