Service First Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing, family-owned team.
This is primarily a service and diagnostic position, with opportunities to assist our installation team when needed. We’re looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in doing quality work, communicates well with homeowners, and is willing to pitch in as part of a team.
And one of the biggest differences at Service First: NO ON-CALL REQUIRED.
We believe HVAC technicians should be skilled tradespeople and trusted advisors—not high-pressure salespeople. Our approach is simple: diagnose the problem correctly, fix what makes sense to fix, give customers honest options, and let them make the decision that's right for their home.
If that sounds like the way you believe HVAC service should be done, we'd like to talk.
