The Operations Accounting Clerk will provide essential accounting and clerical support to the accounting department. This role involves preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records, reconciling accounts, and performing daily financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have proven accounting experience, accuracy, and attention to detail.


  • Invoice Payment reconciliation
  • Invoicing research and investigation
  • Ensuring timely payment approvals and deadlines are met
  • Review and resolution of payment exceptions
  • Vendor/crew ACH transfer account maintenance
  • Inform management of all issues and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
  • Other related tasks

Performance Success Results:

  • Ability to work across business teams to drive required financial reporting timelines
  • Meeting weekly and monthly KPIs based on effectiveness and execution of assigned areas of accountability

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for numbers.
  • Data entry and word processing skills.
  • Well-organized.
  • High school degree.
  • Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

The ideal candidate for this position should be deadline-oriented and able to multitask effectively. They should have experience in bookkeeping or general AP/AR management and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Knowledge of purchase order and work order reconciliation is necessary, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be a bonus!


$18 - $24 per hour
