We seek a professional and courteous Client Services Manager with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customer engagements. The Service Manager will maintain current clients, keep accurate correspondence records, and meet regularly with clients to gather feedback and resolve issues. Successful candidates strictly adhere to customer service policies and procedures. Your direct handling of our client's needs will build client loyalty and enhance our organization’s growth through positive engagement. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining effective client feedback loops for assigned clients. 
  • Inspiring repeat business from clients through excellent service support. 
  • Achieving and maintaining high NPS scores for assigned clients. 
  • Liaising with different internal departments about client queries. 
  • Offering advice to clients on services and products. 
  • Accurately capturing client intelligence information. 
  • Handling client requests and troubleshooting problems.

  • Provide timely solutions to client's problems,

  • Business degree or 2 years related experience.
