Job Title: Account Payable Clerk

Salary Range: $26 to $27 per hour
Overview:
ServaMatics Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account Payable Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
