As a Business Development professional at SerKy Consulting, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and expand our client base through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team and help us achieve our business goals.


**Responsibilities:**

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients

- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

- Attend networking events and conferences to promote our services


**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Proven track record of success in business development or sales

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus


Salary Range: $45,000 to $60,000 per year
