**Job Overview:**

As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a supportive and nurturing environment. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our members.

**Responsibilities:**

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

- Monitor and assess the health status of members on a regular basis

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Provide emotional support and encouragement to members and their families

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies

**Requirements:**

- Valid LPN license in the state of Arizona

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- CPR certification

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing care

**Salary Range: **

$35 to $42 per hour
