The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes, promoting safety, dignity, and independence in accordance with individualized care plans.
Key Duties:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
Requirements:
- Active Florida HHA certificate
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Level 2 background screening (or ability to pass)
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
