Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher, to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to fostering a love for learning while ensuring the safety and well-being of each child in the classroom.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support the overall development of each child.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in various capacities such as babysitting, nannying, or daycare settings is preferred.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
  • Strong behavior management skills to effectively guide children's interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
  • A genuine passion for teaching young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
