SEP United, Inc Job Coach Remote · Part time

This position Provides direct support to the individual at the work site and training at the office. The job coach has a flexible schedule as it revolves around the individual's work schedule. If the individual isn't working on a particular day, then standard office hours will apply (Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Description

Provide either 1:1 support when the individual(s) is working.  Make sure the individual is following his/her ISP; monitor productivity and problem solve when performance barriers occur; instruct the individual on appropriate work attire and hygiene; instruct the individual how to perform job duties and when to take initiative. Maintains professional relationships with employers and will act as an on-site problem solver.  Document progress/barriers through daily case notes; get verbal reports from the employer; mandated reporter; report special incidents to the program manager. This position will also observe job coaches and speak to the employer about their ability.

$20 - $20 per hour
