Position: IT Support Analyst II

About Us: Sentry Consulting Group is a small IT solutions company that is rapidly growing. We serve SMBs in the commercial market in various sectors as well as Federal government agencies. We have a high-focus on cybersecurity so security is backdrop for everything we do.

Job Description: IT Support Analyst II is a customer-facing position. The analyst assists with 1st line support tickets and has complete ownership of 2nd line tickets for our commercial clients. Most of our work is done remotely but if necessary, IT Support Analyst II will go onsite to our customer’s locations.

6.      3-4 years in a tech support role

Qualifications: We value experience and character over education. Industry certifications such as Comptia, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, etc. are preferred.
