Responsibilities:
- RBT Training: On-the-job training and shadowing to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
- Office Tasks: Laminating, creating therapy materials, organizing, and sanitizing the clinic and materials room.
- Covering Sessions: Subbing for Behavior Technicians as needed
- Break Coverage: Assist by covering breaks for Behavior Technicians.
- Session Support: Provide support during ABA sessions when needed.
- Documentation: Complete logs documenting parent contacts and tasks.
- Team Meetings: Participate in regular staff meetings.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties assigned by administrative staff.

Requirements:
- Willingness to become a Behavior Technician if needed by the company.
- Open availability Monday-Friday, 7:45 am - 7:15 pm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to work locations.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Adherence to the RBT Ethics Code and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Obtain RBT certification by the specified deadline. Training is provided by the company and parts of it will need to be completed on your own unpaid time.
- Knowledge of Google applications.
- Knowledge of Canva (preferred).
- Ability to sit/stand at a desk for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (some college preferred).
- 18 years or older.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
Schedule and Promotion Information:
- Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7:45 am - 1:30 pm or 1:30 pm - 7:15 pm.
- We are seeking applicants who can work either shift. Open availability is a requirement of employment.
- If promoted to a Behavior Technician position, you will be scheduled for 34-40 hours per week, and the pay range will increase to $18.00 - $27.00 per hour.
