Responsibilities:

  • RBT Training: On-the-job training and shadowing to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
  • Office Tasks: Laminating, creating therapy materials, organizing, and sanitizing the clinic and materials room.
  • Covering Sessions: Subbing for Behavior Technicians as needed
  • Break Coverage: Assist by covering breaks for Behavior Technicians.
  • Session Support: Provide support during ABA sessions when needed.
  • Documentation: Complete logs documenting parent contacts and tasks.
  • Team Meetings: Participate in regular staff meetings.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties assigned by administrative staff.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to become a Behavior Technician if needed by the company.
  • Open availability Monday-Friday, 7:45 am - 7:15 pm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation to work locations.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Adherence to the RBT Ethics Code and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Obtain RBT certification by the specified deadline. Training is provided by the company and parts of it will need to be completed on your own unpaid time.
  • Knowledge of Google applications.
  • Knowledge of Canva (preferred).
  • Ability to sit/stand at a desk for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (some college preferred).
  • 18 years or older.


Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.



Schedule and Promotion Information:

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7:45 am - 1:30 pm or 1:30 pm - 7:15 pm.
  • We are seeking applicants who can work either shift. Open availability is a requirement of employment.
  • If promoted to a Behavior Technician position, you will be scheduled for 34-40 hours per week, and the pay range will increase to $18.00 - $27.00 per hour.


Salary

$17 - $19 per hour
