Job Description:

Sena’s Wellness is seeking a dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our virtual behavioral health services team. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide accessible, high-quality mental health care to individuals, couples, and groups through telehealth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver effective therapy sessions tailored to the needs of children, adults, and couples.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment plans and client care.

• Maintain timely and accurate client records according to HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current and valid therapy license in Texas (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist). Associate candidates (i.e. LPC-A) may apply!

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably including telehealth.

• Strong proficiency in using digital health records and telecommunication software.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in managing a diverse client population.

• Strong ethical framework and sensitivity to the confidentiality of the client-therapist relationship.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and methods of delivery.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Position Type:

• Contract Position: Initial hiring is on a contract basis. This is a remote position within the state of Texas.

• Transition Opportunities: After a successful 90-day period, there is an option to transition to either part-time or full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
