We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and grow our outreach efforts, develop client relationships, and promote Segues services in our communities. This part-time role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in relationship-driven sales and marketing, ideally in senior services, real estate, healthcare, or relocation industries.

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales & Outreach

·      Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including senior living communities, realtors, social workers, estate planners, and healthcare professionals.

·      Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners to convert leads into booked services.

·      Represent SEGUES at networking events, expos, community fairs, and senior centers.

·      Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand needs, explain services, and generate estimates (as needed).

 

Marketing

·      Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and print) to increase visibility and engagement.

·      Manage and update the company’s website and social media channels with relevant content.

·      Create and distribute newsletters, flyers, and other promotional materials.

·      Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.

·      Track and report marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

 

Team Collaboration

·      Work closely with leadership and operations team to align marketing efforts with service capacity and client needs.

·      Help prepare branded materials for client consults and presentations.

·      Provide input on service enhancements and market trends.


Qualifications

·      Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in a service-based or senior-focused industry).

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills—professional, compassionate, and confident with diverse audiences.

·      Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

·      Proficiency in social media, email marketing tools, and basic design (Canva, Constant Contact, etc.).

·      Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for networking and client visits.


Preferred Experience

·      Familiarity with the senior living industry, downsizing, or move management services.

·      Background in public speaking, event planning, or community outreach.

Salary

$22 - $30 per hour
