The Role

As a Residential Clear Specialist at Segues, you will assist clients in clearing their homes as part of our transition services. Your primary focus will be assisting with the removal of items from a property including boxes of household items and furniture, lifting up to 50lbs regularly. Your objective will to provide compassionate and efficient support to individuals and families during their transition. You will work closely with team members to ensure that each project is completed to the highest standard, making a positive impact on our clients' experiences.

What You'll Do

- Assist clients in the sorting, packing, and clearing of residential spaces.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the clearing process.

- Handle items with care, ensuring proper disposal or donation of unwanted goods.

- Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients during transitions.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in residential moving, clearing, or related fields.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical capability to lift and move items safely.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with donation and recycling processes.

- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.

- Knowledge of local resources for clients in transition.
