Our mission is to provide compassionate, efficient, and respectful move management services — from downsizing to complete home clear-outs. We are growing and looking for a capable and service-driven team member to join us in the field.


Position Summary

The Residential Clear Lead is a hands-on role responsible for managing the physical and logistical aspects of clearing a client’s home. This role requires strong communication, sound decision-making, and teamwork. You will lead or support a team in evaluating and sorting items for donation, disposal, auction, delivery, or other specialized services — all while aligning with the client’s goals and preferences. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, their families, and external partners to ensure a smooth, respectful, and efficient process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support on-site clear-out operations, working closely with a field team.
  • Assess household items and determine appropriate destinations: donation, auction, disposal, recycling, delivery, or specialized handling.
  • Communicate directly with clients and their families to understand goals and preferences.
  • Coordinate with external service providers such as auction houses, donation centers, hazardous materials handlers, and dumpster rental companies.
  • Maintain accurate records of item disposition, client instructions, and project progress.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and empathy in client-facing situations.
  • Promote a safe and respectful working environment for all team members.
  • Support onboarding and training for new team members in field operations.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, moving services, estate sales, home clean-outs, or a related field.
  • 1+ year experience operating commercial machinery, large truck or trailers.
  • Experience in a leadership capacity requiring strong, frequent communication, training or teaching and providing direction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in sensitive or emotional client situations.
  • Comfortable managing both physical labor and logistical coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 60lbs, moving, and handling household items.
  • Empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with seniors and their families.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
