We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Care Educator (ECE) to join our dedicated team in Summerlin, Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children aged 3-5 and a strong understanding of their developmental needs.

As an ECE, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for our young learners. You will be responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood education best practices.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and collaboration.
• Foster children's social-emotional development through positive guidance and conflict resolution strategies.
• Observe and assess children's progress and development, documenting their learning journeys.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.

Qualifications:

• BA/BSc in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• A strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with children and adults.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
