Role Description

The Principal Consultant is the executive liaison between Seer and its clients. This role is responsible for architecting, developing, and proposing solutions that fulfill business requirements for each client’s digital transformation. To accomplish these objectives, the Principal works directly with senior management to build stakeholder relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of professional service engagements. The Principal often leads program teams through complex implementation projects to construct detailed strategic plans, execute campaigns with quality, and achieve success criteria that generate tangible benefits for the client’s organization. Doing so, the Principal becomes the “face” of Seer to customer organizations and a trusted advisor to their business leaders.


Responsibilities

  • Articulate the value proposition and process for software adoption and end user change management to executive-level clients, partners, and skeptics.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between Seer and its clients and build relationships within customer organizations.
  • Conduct research activities to identify business requirements, standards, and opportunities.
  • Scope services for complex implementation projects based on business requirements, organizational readiness, and achievable benefits.
  • Facilitate effective meetings that engage senior management from Microsoft and the client in decision-making discussions related to business value.
  • Exhibit expert product knowledge by mapping a customer’s business problem to a technology solution.
  • Develop and propose a complex adoption plan and statement of work.
  • Obtain management consensus and support to develop and distribute organizational change messaging.
  • Display functional expertise with full awareness of business solutions.
  • Organize teams of 3-5 consultants on complex projects and oversee their deliverables to completion on time and under budget.
  • Manage internal quality assurance.
  • Develop business opportunities to achieve growth.
  • Demonstrate soft skills for building collaborative relationships, communicating credibility, influencing others, active listening, overcoming resistance, and resolving conflicts.
  • Demonstrate hard skills for documenting, diagramming, planning, and reporting.
  • Exhibit proper etiquette under all circumstances.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, communications, instructional design, organizational development, or learning and development
  • 10+ years of consulting experience or an equivalent role exercising business acumen across three or more industry verticals
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business applications
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist Certification


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Project for Web, or Microsoft Viva applications
  • Experience facilitating Customer Immersion Experiences or Accelerator Workshops
  • Project management experience
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), or Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) certification

$130,000 - $194,000 per year
