Reports to: Production Manager

Required Work Schedule:

• Open Availability (4 days a week/ 10 hr shifts)
• Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday

Position Duties & Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Complete production and packaging processes specific to each product type
• Batch sheet completion & review
• Operation of production and packaging equipment, including cartridge-filling, biomass irradiation, and heat-sealing equipment
• Quality assurance and control of final products
• Inventory counting and reporting
• Additional tasks as needed

Competencies & Qualifications:

• Reliable work attendance required
• Enjoy working both autonomously and in a team environment
• Be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize
• Excellent time and task management skills
• Packaging and/or manufacturing experience a plus
• Cannabis experience is desirable but not required
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Must possess or qualify for a MED Key or Support Badge

• Regularly standing, bending, and reaching during the employee’s scheduled shift
• Lifting up to 50lbs at a time

Compensation & Benefits:    

• Compensation Range: $19.00/hr to $19.50/hr (depending on experience).
