The Opportunity

Are you a top-performing Sales Representative in the financial services or insurance space who is ready to stop just "selling" and start "leading"? We are looking for a future regional sales manager. The Regional Sales Associate (RSA) is not a support role; it is an accelerated leadership residency. You will work directly under a veteran Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to co-lead a team of 25–30 Financial Advisors. Your mission is to learn the DNA of our sales process, drive regional production, and transition into an Associate RSM role within 12 months, with a clear path to a full RSM seat within 24 months.


The Career Roadmap

  • Months 0–12: Regional Sales Associate. Shadowing, coaching advisors, learning case design and driving annuity premium volume.
  • Months 12–18: Associate Regional Sales Manager. Taking full ownership of specific sub-territories and regional initiatives.
  • Months 18–24: Regional Sales Manager. Full P&L responsibility and leadership of your own designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Coaching: Partner with the RSM to provide daily 1-on-1 coaching to a team of 25–30 advisors, focusing on deepening client relationships and increasing annuity production.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor regional KPIs and identify "gap" areas where advisors need additional training or resources.
  • Annuity Growth: Act as the subject matter expert on annuity products, helping advisors structure deals and close complex business.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage regional sales meetings, assist in recruiting new talent, and ensure the team is aligned with corporate growth targets.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Industry Experience: 2+ years of proven sales success in Insurance, Financial Services, or Investments. (Annuity knowledge is a major plus).
  • Leadership Ambition: You have reached the ceiling of individual production and are eager to move into management.
  • Communication: The ability to influence, motivate, and command the respect of experienced, independent-minded Financial Advisors.
  • Education/Licensing: Life insurance license preferred.

Compensation & Perks

  • Target Annual Earnings: $80,000 (Comprised of a $60,000 base salary + commission overrides) 
  • Performance Override: 0.5% override on all paid annuity business in your assigned region (uncapped)
