Schedule:
Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool and spa areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents and guests.
- Verify resident access and ensure guests are accompanied by authorized residents.
- Enforce pool rules, safety guidelines, and facility policies.
- Monitor for unauthorized activities, excessive noise, unsafe behavior, and rule violations.
- Ensure proper pool attire and compliance with facility restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the pool area.
- Complete reports and document any incidents, violations, or safety concerns.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to enforce rules professionally and courteously.
- Reliable, responsible, and attentive while on duty.
- Prior security, pool monitoring, or customer service experience is a plus.
