This role involves:
- Writing production firmware for microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, etc.)
- Designing logic for FPGAs (Verilog/VHDL)
- Interfacing with sensors and actuators
- Define and execute firmware validation tests (bench testing, integration testing, DVT)
You might be a fit if you:
- Know how to ship robust embedded code—low-level drivers to high-level logic
- Understand how hardware and software co-design works
- Have taken products through bring-up, test, and field use
- Can write clear documentation and test plans, and debug at the signal level when things go wrong
Bonus:
- Experience with Xilinx tools and synthesis
- Background in regulated environments or mission-critical systems
