Our Algonquin location is a new addition to the PayMore family, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help us grow and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with buying, selling, and trading electronics such as smartphones, gaming consoles, laptops, and accessories.

• Perform device testing and evaluations to ensure quality and functionality.

• Create accurate and detailed device listings.

• Accurately process transactions using the store’s POS system.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.

• Stay informed about current technology trends and product offerings.

• Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries about devices and accessories.

• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college or technical training is a plus.

• Passion for electronics and familiarity with the latest tech products.

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).

• Basic technical skills, such as the ability to troubleshoot and test devices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Must be able to work Monday through Saturday (one weekday off), with flexibility for rotating shifts.

• Reliable transportation to the Algonquin store location.

• Experience with listing and selling on Shopify and eBay (preferred).
