Location: Saint Bonifacius, MN (Travel to job sites throughout the Twin Cities metro)

Job Type: Full-Time (Seasonal overtime likely during peak seasons)

Pay: Competitive pay based on skill level and overall experience

What You'd Do in This Role:

• Install gutters, downspouts, and related exterior drainage systems
• Measure, cut, and assemble gutter materials accurately
• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing gutter systems
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
• Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members
• Complete projects efficiently and on schedule

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You’re comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• You’re able to safely operate hand and power tools
• You have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• You have strong work ethic and attention to detail
• You’re able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• You’re dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Experience:

• Seamless gutter installation experience
• Fascia, soffit, or exterior construction experience
• Knowledge of OSHA and job-site safety standards
• Crew lead or leadership experience is a plus
