We are hiring a part time front of house position for our new Food Service at The Oyster Barn. This position will be managing the POS, shucking oysters, and preparing drinks for customers.

To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate a passion for food, general knowledge of oyster farming, have physical stamina, and an eagerness to learn.

Requirements:

• Experience or interest in the preparation of fresh ingredients.
• A warm and welcoming personality.
• Experience with Oyster Shucking.
• Experience with POS.
• Cleanliness, and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and pivot based on changing business needs
• Reliable, organized, efficient, courteous, professional, and a team player
• Solution-oriented attitude
• A heightened sense of awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & stand for 7-8 hours at a time
• Flexible availability
