We are looking for an entry level or an experienced server to join the SEA Crab House. Bartending experience preferred. The Server will be working within a designated station, managing each assigned guest’s experience from the time they are seated until they depart. Must be available Sundays.
Description
- Warmly greets guests after seating within the established restaurant
- Engages customers in friendly conversation
- Has a thorough understanding of food and drink offerings, including specials, limited offerings, and promotions within the company
- Has solid knowledge of food and beverage menu selections, able to make suggestions and upsell on sale of appetizers, entrees, desserts and beverage selection
- Assist in cleanliness and maintenance of all dining/service areas – ability to report deficiencies to management
- Maintain a professional representation of company and restaurant, including proper uniform wearing, inclusivity to customers and positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize service to customers over side work
Salary
$16.5 - $16.5 per hour
